Mobility Permit Parking Form

If you have a mobility permit, please complete this form to access an extra hour of free parking each time you visit.

Ticketless parking is here. To receive an additional hour free with a valid mobility permit, please complete the below steps before entering the car park.

Steps to register

Apply via the form below (if you aren't comfortable uploading a photo / providing details of your mobility permit online, you can visit Centre Management from 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday to complete your application in person)
Once verified, you will receive an invitation to register for the online ticketless portal from noreply@multiscanhub.com. Please ensure you complete this step before you enter the car park to ensure your account is live.

Once you have completed the above form and your permit has been verified, you will receive an invitation from noreply@multiscanhub.com to register via the online portal. This step must be completed before you enter the car park in order to receive the additional free hour.
